Egilsstadabón provides car cleaning and detailing services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to achieve the highest level of service, we make no guarantees or warranties, express or implied, regarding the results, quality, or durability of our services.

### **2. Limitation of Liability**
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Egilsstadabón will not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, incidental, consequential, or indirect damages resulting from the use of our services. This includes any claims related to:

- Damage to the vehicle’s paint, upholstery, or mechanical components during or after the cleaning or detailing process.
- Pre-existing conditions or defects in the vehicle not related to our services.
- Theft, loss, or damage of personal belongings left in the vehicle.

Customers are responsible for removing all valuables from the vehicle prior to service.

### **3. Pre-Existing Conditions**
Egilsstadabón is not liable for any pre-existing damage or defects on the vehicle, including but not limited to scratches, dents, paint chips, mechanical issues, or wear and tear. It is the responsibility of the customer to inform us of any sensitive or problem areas prior to service.

### **4. Vehicle Inspection and Claims**
Customers must inspect their vehicle immediately upon completion of the service. Any claims for damage or dissatisfaction must be made before leaving the premises. Once the vehicle has been removed from the service area, Egilsstadabón assumes no further responsibility for the vehicle's condition.

### **5. Customer Assumption of Risk**
By agreeing to have your vehicle serviced by Egilsstadabón, you acknowledge that certain services, including but not limited to buffing, polishing, and interior cleaning, involve inherent risks to the vehicle’s surfaces and components. You assume full responsibility for these risks.

### **6. External Factors**
Egilsstadabón is not responsible for damage caused by external factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, bird droppings, road salt, or any other environmental factors that may affect your vehicle after the service is completed.

### **7. Modifications**
Egilsstadabón reserves the right to modify this Legal Notice at any time. Continued use of our services following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
